Our event space offers options for events of all types & sizes - from an intimate ceremony of 30 to a company-wide function for 300. We have floor plans & photos available so you can visualize the space in action. Our versatile curtains & spacious patio allow you to set up your event just the way you've always envisioned it! Your Catering Specialist can offer suggestions about layouts that work well.

Vendors

You're allowed to bring in an outside bakery for your cake and/or desserts. Your florist & musical entertainment is also up to you, but we're happy to give our recommendations! The only vendor we have restrictions on is décor (see below). 


Décor

A licensed vendor with liability insurance & workers’ compensation can hang décor from our chandeliers & beams. Restrictions apply to the following (but aren’t limited to) glitter, confetti, balloons, & candles. Ask your Catering Specialist for more details on these items.


Your tables, chairs, china, flatware, & glassware are included in the venue rental. We will handle renting linens separately from our premier vendor, Event Source. 

Rentals


Two Caterers cooks all their food here at the High Line Car House. This means a few things:

  • Two Caterers is the only caterer permitted on the site.
  • Your menu is fully customizable. We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
  • You have tons of options when it comes to the type of service: buffet, served dinner, family-style, heavy hors d'oeuvres, or a combination of multiple options. 

Catering


Our bar is run on a consumption basis & are either Hosted (host pays) or Cash (guests pay). If hosted, we’ll track consumption during your event and charge you after with your actual bar bill. Your Catering Specialist will be able to give you a close approximation.

BAr


The loft houses our office space so it is off-limits to guests. The wedding party has access to the upstairs 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and/or 10 minutes prior to the reception entrance (and must be accompanied by a Two Caterers Staff member). The wedding party will be provided with water; no other food or drink is permitted upstairs. No other guests are permitted upstairs.

The upstairs loft


We can provide 5 parking spots in our lot for you and your guests. Other guests typically self-park at meters, take a cab, or park in the garage across High Street on Blenkner Street. We can get $5 (price subject to change) discounted tickets!
